Rental of the Entire Property, Including Accommodation

Accommodation for up to 9 guests very comfortably, up to 12 guests less comfortably (rooms have less space).

• Sleeping arrangements: 9 beds + 3 extra beds (full-size pull-out beds with orthopedic mattresses), accommodating up to 12 people.

• Common room: Seats 12 comfortably, can host up to 25 people.

• Yurt: 7 m yurt (~35 m²) available in the garden.

• Kitchenette: Refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, dishes available; 2 hookahs ready to use.

• Outdoor fire pit with seating.

• Coffee and tea: free throughout your stay.

Meals: Can be arranged – vegetarian or vegan options available; full board, half board, or breakfast only.

Garden: Available for exercise, relaxation, or socializing.

Check-in: After 3:00 PM on the first day
Check-out: By 12:00 PM on the last day

Pricing:

• 1 day / whole property – up to 12 people: 6,000 CZK/day (without meals), minimum stay 2 nights (price does not apply during selected periods, e.g., New Year's Eve).

• Includes yurt in the price.

• Discount: 10% off total price for stays longer than 3 nights.

• 1-night stay: 7,000 CZK / property.

• Standard beds: 9 + 3 extra beds (see "Extra Bed" for details).
