Made from fruit harvested in the pure nature of Pěnčín near Jablonec nad Nisou.
This original combination of sweet autumn pears, traditional wild hawthorn, and warming star anise creates a unique, harmonious flavor with a touch of exotic spice.
Why Taste Our Pear Jam with Hawthorn?This jam represents honest manual work and respect for local ingredients. Common hawthorn, which we hand-pick in the clean environment of the Jizera Mountains, gives the jam a specific, slightly tart undertone that perfectly balances the natural sweetness of ripe pears. A pinch of star anise beautifully fragrances and warms up the whole composition. To make a single jar, we used the full amount of fruit without unnecessary chemicals, using only the natural gelling agent Gelfix 3:1 to preserve the maximum fruit flavor and reduce the amount of added sugar.
Our Tip: The jam tastes fantastic on fresh pastry with butter, on pancakes, or in morning porridge. Paradoxically, it pairs brilliantly with blue cheeses (such as Niva or Roquefort) or matured hard cheeses, where its sweet-and-tart flavor creates a perfect gourmet contrast.Parameters & Specifications

Storage & Shelf LifeStore in a dry, dark place at temperatures up to 25 °C. After opening, keep refrigerated (at temperatures up to 6 °C) and consume within 14 days. Minimum shelf life: 12 months from the date of production (indicated on batch 09/2026).
