How to best prepare the tea?Place 1 large tea bag into a teapot and pour 1 liter of hot water at a temperature of around 90 °C (let the water cool down for a moment after boiling; do not use rolling boiling water and keep the teapot covered while brewing so you don't lose the delicate essential oils).Let it infuse for 15 minutes. The tea tastes great hot, but in the summer, you can let it cool down and serve it as a refreshing iced tea with a slice of lemon.Storage: Keep in a dry and dark place, in a well-sealed box or jar, so that the lemon balm retains its wonderful citrus aroma for as long as possible.
